What this site does

Backmit publishes a public directory. You can read it without an account. Search queries live in the URL of your request and in server logs for a short period.

Data we may process

• IP address, user agent, and requested URL in access logs and Cloudflare analytics
• The contents of a message you send to the contact e-mail
• A theme preference stored in your browser via localStorage

Cookies and similar

The site itself does not require a cookie to render the directory. Advertising partners, when present, may set their own cookies. See the cookie policy.

Legal basis and rights

Processing of logs is based on legitimate interest in operating and securing the site. Contact messages are processed to answer you. Under LGPD you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold by writing to the contact e-mail. You may also contact the ANPD.

Retention

Operational logs are kept only as long as needed for security and debugging. E-mail is kept as long as the conversation is useful, then deleted or archived with the rest of ordinary correspondence.
