The service

Backmit is an informational directory. Rows describe third-party destinations. We do not operate those destinations, collect their submission fees, or promise that a pitch will be accepted.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape the directory in a way that degrades the service, impersonate the publisher, or use the listings to send malware or deceptive mail. Automated access should prefer the published JSON endpoints and respect robots.txt.

No warranty

Listings can be wrong the day after we publish them. DR snapshots go stale. You remain responsible for checking the destination before you submit.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Brazilian law, including the CDC where it applies, we are not liable for lost rankings, rejected pitches, or fees charged by third-party sites. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived.
