Zoopla is a classifieds board: you post an ad and include your website URL.
Places that still take your website URL
This catalog is for sending your site, not for listing it to receive guest post proposals.
2282 destinations
Zotero is a social bookmark: you save your page on a public list.
How submit-a-site lists are grouped
A directory wants a form. A classifieds board wants an ad. A forum wants a profile or signature. An article desk wants a pitch. Open their page before you spend the afternoon.
